YOUTH  ADVISORY COUNCIL

The Youth Advisory Council (YAC) consists of Loudoun County high school students. Students are accepted into the program each summer and meet throughout the academic year to plan youth events for their peers, develop leadership skills and get involved with community service events throughout the county. 

 

 

 

YAC is a youth run organization that strives to eliminate the stigma that volunteering is uninteresting by promoting community involvement and civic engagement in teens across Loudoun County.  By incorporating members' unique talents, we organize opportunities and youth events such as Step Up, Battle of the Bands, YouthFest and policy focused action meetings.
